Day 1 over. . . on to day. I did miss coffee in three morning. The morning started with the mineralize supplement. . . very odd taste. Have to get past it. Breakfast and lunch were pretty good. I need to prepare for the week becauseI know it will be time consuming.
Made salmon for dinner .. . Excellent! Finished the night witha cup of caffeine free tea.
I am learning a lot in a short time. I hope to stick to it.
